Withdrawals will not be processed until your Account has completed the KYC verification process in full, including identity verification and, where required, payment-method verification.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, the completeness of your KYC verification and the volume of pending compliance checks. No specific processing time is guaranteed. Familiar Pakistani payment rails may process at different speeds than international bank transfers or cryptocurrency networks. Method availability is subject to operator policy at the time of the request.
Where possible, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with AML best practices. Withdrawal to a different method may require additional verification.
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is published in the cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the combined balance meets the minimum amount.
Withdrawals of funds attributable to active bonus credit are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account.
